The second Learning, Teaching and Training activity (LTT2) entitled “HEIs support and regulations of students support services” was successfully realized at the Italian University of Foggia from 3rd to 5th November 2022. A total of 14 representatives from 3 universities took part in the LTT event, and the discussions were especially enriched by the participation of the doctoral students of the host institution.

On the first day of the meeting, Dr Milica Stojković gave an overview of the “Technics and Informatics in Education TIE 2022” conference held at the University of Kragujevac in September, as the first dissemination event of the DigiPsyRes project, reminding the attendees of the numerous scientific and professional segments of the conference that addressed psychological and digital resilience in an educational context. Dr Giovanna Celia gave a presentation about the university’s psychological support service for students, which has been operating successfully at the Italian university for two years now.

On the second day of the event, Dr Anamaria Petito gave a lecture on the sustainability of the university support system at the University of Foggia and its perspectives, and Dr Kamila Litwicz- Kaminska from the Polish University of Kazimierz Wielki in Bydgoszcz gave a presentation on the topic of training, teaching materials and e-courses as the outcomes of the upcoming phases of the project. The second day ended with a workshop on structuring the Guides for student support, and the Manual for training students for peer support, which represent two key project documents based on which other educational activities will be further implemented.

On the third day of this event, in addition to the continuation of the started workshops, plans for networking and joint scientific and professional activities of the representatives of all three institutions were discussed. The working part of the visit ended with a tour of the Department of Humanities of the University of Foggia, so the visitors were introduced to the potential of one of the youngest universities in this part of Italy.
