The roundtable discussion “Empowering Digital and Psychological Resilience through Peer Networking in an Online Environment during Crisis,” part of the Erasmus+ project of the same name, took place as part of the 10th International TIE2024 Conference on Friday, September 20th.
This dissemination activity (multiplier event), marking the final third year of the project, brought together students from the University of Kragujevac who participated in programs designed to prepare them to support fellow students, researchers from other universities, both international and from Serbia, professional associates from schools, and representatives of support organizations—project and Faculty friends, as well as representatives from the Faculty of Technical Sciences.
A dynamic presentation of the project’s activities, particularly the “Step by Step: From Trainees to Trainers and Student Advisors in a Peer Support Network” program, along with authentic feedback from participants and trainers in this program, prompted reactions from interested guests and inspired discussions on future steps for implementing the program and fostering collaboration among participants. The project’s outcomes have been recognized as a way to empower different communities for mutual horizontal support, which is the most comprehensive goal of the project.
